Website operator and purpose

These terms describe use of Benz Experience, Jagmeet Brar’s personal sales inquiry website for his work as Internet Sales Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Fremont. The site provides information, a preference questionnaire, and contact options. See About & Contact for operator details.

An inquiry is not a vehicle transaction

Using the site, building a wish list, opening an email draft, or contacting Jagmeet does not create a purchase or lease agreement, reserve a vehicle, lock a price, approve financing, or commit you to buy. This website does not accept vehicle orders, deposits, or payments, and does not process credit applications.

Any purchase, lease, financing, trade-in, cancellation, refund, delivery, or warranty arrangement must be addressed directly with the dealership and relevant provider. Signed transaction documents and applicable law govern those arrangements. These website terms do not replace them.

Vehicle information and offers

Confirm current availability, exact equipment, condition, mileage, specifications, price, and material offer terms with the dealership before relying on information or traveling. Details can change. The landing page currently does not state a particular vehicle price, discount, APR, payment, or financing approval promise.

A quote may depend on the vehicle, options, taxes, registration, fees, eligibility, and other disclosed terms. Request an itemized quote. Illustrative images and model references do not establish that a vehicle or configuration is available. See Vehicle & Advertising Disclosures.

Using the site and making contact

Use this site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious content, or share information you are not entitled to provide. Keep sensitive financial and identity information out of the questionnaire and ordinary messages.

The email button creates a draft in your own app. You review and send it. Calling, texting, or emailing uses third-party services and may incur your provider’s charges. Contacting Jagmeet does not automatically enroll you in a website marketing subscription.

External services and brand names

External websites, maps, email, telephone, and messaging services are controlled by their providers and have their own terms and privacy practices.

Mercedes-Benz and other product or business names belong to their respective owners and identify the vehicles and dealership discussed. Benz Experience is not the Mercedes-Benz manufacturer’s corporate website. Content and branding may be used only as permitted by their owners or applicable law; these terms do not transfer intellectual property rights.

Availability, corrections, and your rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but interruptions and errors can occur. Please report problems or request clarification using the contact details below. To the extent permitted by law, the informational website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for every visitor’s needs. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Revisions to these terms will be posted with an updated date. Website-term changes do not alter a separate signed vehicle transaction agreement.
